The September full moon is upon us,
and this year, it’s also a rare Blood Moon.

This moon, a very special Blood Corn Moon, pulls us toward intuition, dreams, and radical release. Think: wisdom glowing in the night, gratitude in our souls, and a reason to forgive ourselves and start over, even if just for a moment.

Only visible by the eastern hemisphere (this time) The Blood Moon effect—a total lunar eclipse in full drama, painting the sky deep red. In the western hemisphere, we won't see one until next year, but we can certainly manifest it...

Consider your scent journey.
How much you’ve grown, and what have you released?

Maybe, this is the moment to stop chasing and start exploring; to harvest your experiences and become an explorer.

Stéle welcomes a new era of indie fragrance exploration—rooted in joy, discovery, and authenticity.

We cordially invite you to the Stéle Full Moon September Edition.

We gather on September 6th from 3–6pm, both online and in-store at 179 Mott Street, for our September edition—featuring an extra special gift with purchases of $200+.

On deck for music this month is Brooklyn's own Lazzy, primed to bring that curated energy of good vibes we live for. As always, complimentary spirits, conversation and an overall good time is on the menu!

We're eager to celebrate our full moon events as an excuse to debut new brands at Stéle, for you to experience for the very first time.

So without further ado, let us guide you into our latest curation.

Now at Stéle. New indie fragrances to explore.

Spirituscents, our first brand from Malaysia, lands in NoLita.

An exciting house we have been buzzing about makes it debut all the way from Borneo. We know we did not order enough; somehow, we never seem to! And this time, we regretted it instantly.

Holy Vetiver builds on it's predecessor, Cathedralis. Five hand extracted holy resins on a vetiver cloud. This fragrance is smokey, boozy, green, bold and beautiful.

We usually never finish our samples—but with Spirituscents, we completely gutted them. Strong, complex vibes with explosive notes—this is not for those just beginning their scent journey. Hand crafted with heart & soul.

This is a step you need to take, do it!

Secret perfumer Anonim & real ambergris—could it get more stealth?

Have you ever smelled genuine ambergris? It’s not nearly as abrasive as you might expect. In general, natural animalics are smoother than one would think.

Black Ambergris is a chocolatey, smoky delight—definitely your winter aquatic! Silver Ambergris stole our hearts: a true aquatic with shimmering seas, tropical florals, and bright citrus. We don’t usually fall for citrus fragrances, but this one is a must!

Golden Ambergris is for those who love it dirty (and you know we do). It’s brimming with earthy orris and leather—a perfect scent for fifty shades of something.

Salt & Sage could not be more fitting for the full moon.

A first-of-its-kind in the fragrance world, crafted in alignment with the full and new moons. Each is designed to be worn during the specific moon cycle it was created for, offering spiritual protection and energetic support as you move through its phases.

We are enchanted by both of these creations. Moon Ring is a lush, botanical green—and you know how much we love our greens at Stéle! Luna Absolute takes things a step further, rich with woody and oudy depth, where the vetiver shines strong and true.

From Sweden, an avant-garde favorite: Carl Kling.

We met these fragrances thanks to Perfume Room queen Emma Vernon who mentioned it on our episode of her celebrated podcast (which, you must be listening to on the regular!

Carl Kling’s fig duo blew our minds. Clary Fig is pure lactonic sunshine, a single spritz lifts your mood and lights up the room.

Then there’s Fig Nuit: imagine fig lipstick—sounds wild, but this dark, decadent, orris-fused fig is pure femme fatale in a bottle.

No regrets, just vibes.

d'Annam makes a stunning debut in Williamsburg.

Playful, accessible, and ready for fun—sometimes we just want to have fun, you know?

We’re obsessed with Kimono. Magnolia feels like a great addition to our future—it’s bolder than your basic floral, opens up with attitude, then cocoons you in serious powdery luxury.

The whole collection is a mood: open your mind and go wild with the discovery set

We premiered the impeccable Pomelo Oolong, the first piece from their upcoming China inspired collection. Looking forward to what this house has on the horizon.

It’s a time for big feelings, soft endings, and gold-star wisdom.

Soak up the gratitude, let go of old junk, and start prepping for what comes next.

Of course, we still have our own signature scent recommendation: Le Phenix by Les Bains Guerbois is what we’re wearing for our rebirth this month.

Patchouli needs its comeback (it’s here!), papyrus adds the finishing touch, and the spice hits just right. Unsung, peerless, and absolutely calling your name.

Sorabji, by January Scent Project has captured our hearts.

Some of you may be too young to remember the Snapple era—whether or not that was the inspiration, we’re not sure.

Sorabji takes us straight back to the summer of ’94: glass bottles, peach, and the heat of July. All of that, and more.

John is a true visionary—without question, a leader in amplifying deep notes within compositions that often get overlooked. His process brings out detail that feels like poetry, not marketing.

If you haven’t tried January Scent Project, then you haven’t really experienced what artisanal perfumery can be.

We can't help but reminisce on Serviette's Ice Cream Social at Stéle.

The official house of taste truly delivered.

Serviette made a lively appearance in NoLita with a vibrant, bespoke ice cream cart. The featured scent was Ruche, a beloved team favorite. It captures the essence of raspberry gelato, layered with a fizzy musk and a raspberry heart—a complete joy to experience. Any scent that evolves and provides a lasting impression is a winner in our book.

The velvety gelato - raspberry with a dusting of matcha, offered a signature green note that represented the Galbanum in Ruche.

We had a wonderful time celebrating the end of summer and chatting fragrance with you.

To everyone who stopped by, much love!

We've had such great comments on the in-store Stéle soundtrack, that we're now offering our playlists for you to experience everywhere.

We'll leave you with our latest - the Stéle Hot Mix IV, a bumpy blend of our favorite tracks as of late curated by our very own in-house music-obsessed producer, Belanger. Best played on shuffle, during a long car drive, subway ride, or a strut down the city streets.

We hope to see you soon, whether in person or in-spirit.

Keep a look out for an exciting season ahead. ✨
