All sales are final. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrances, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We recommend sampling or visiting in person before committing to a full bottle.

Can I return an item if I don’t like it or changed my mind?
No. All purchases are final. We recommend sampling or visiting in person to ensure you’ve found the right fragrance before purchasing.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Your package arrives fully insured at no cost to you. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll verify the damage and send a replacement or refund.

What if I have an allergic reaction to a product?
We do not accept returns for allergic reactions or sensitivities. We recommend reviewing the ingredient list and sampling before purchasing. If you have concerns about specific ingredients, consult a dermatologist or healthcare provider.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes. Once an order is packed or shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it.
