Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on location. Complimentary shipping on orders $100+ (before taxes). We ship ground only—the finest care for fragrances.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship within the United States only.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

No. All purchases are final. We recommend sampling or visiting in person before committing to a full bottle.

What if my order arrives damaged or is lost?

Your package arrives fully insured at no cost to you. If damage or loss occurs, contact us with details. We’ll verify and send a replacement or refund.

Do you offer samples or discovery sets?

Individual samples are for sale online only.
