Orders & Shipping
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. Reply directly to your order confirmation email with any questions.
What are your shipping options and costs?
Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on location. Complimentary shipping on orders $100+ (before taxes). We ship ground only—the finest care for fragrances.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the United States only.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No. All purchases are final. We recommend sampling or visiting in person before committing to a full bottle.
What if my order arrives damaged or is lost?
Your package arrives fully insured at no cost to you. If damage or loss occurs, contact us with details. We’ll verify and send a replacement or refund.
Do you ship to freight or parcel forwarding services?
We currently ship only within the United States. If you choose to use a freight or parcel forwarding service, our responsibility ends once the order has been delivered to the U.S. address provided at checkout, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking. Any matters after delivery to the forwarding service must be addressed directly with that provider.

When will this fragrance be back in stock?
Availability is limited, and restocks are announced exclusively through our back‑in‑stock notifications. Register on the product page to be notified when it returns.
Do you offer samples or discovery sets?
Individual samples are for sale online only.
Add them to any order or purchase standalone—all sourced directly from brands, never decanted. Brand discovery sets available in-store and online.
How do I choose the right fragrance?
The right fragrance is the one that speaks to you. Sample first and wear for several hours across environments. Visit us in-store for guidance, or test online before committing.
What size/style are your samples?
All samples are officially manufactured and packaged by the individual brand. Sample format — including spray, dabber, or jar — varies by brand and product, and is determined by the brand, not Stéle. Slight variations in liquid volume may occur.
