Two things at once, and neither one wins.

Being human runs on contradiction. The soul wound through the body it has to live in, strength standing next to fragility, light against shadow, what gets spoken against what never does. The beauty is in the imperfection.

Bitter orange sets it off sharp and rindy, more peel than juice, and the fresh citrus behind it stays green rather than sweet. Juniper stays cold and gin-clean. Cedarwood runs low and pencil-dry, patchouli comes in damper underneath it, more cellar than soil, and violet turns powdery exactly where the citrus turns bright.

Ultraviolence is an olfactory project by Manuel Stilli, built on one idea: that a fragrance can tell a story through emotion instead of through images or words. Every release stands for one specific moment inside a creative journey, the internal landscape an artist crosses between having an experience and getting it out. The process of creation is never linear. It is made of tension and release, darkness and light, doubt and revelation.

Each of the five is an olfactory snapshot of one stage in the life of a creative mind. None of them is organised around smelling pleasant. They are built to recreate the atmosphere of a thought, a memory or a turning point in a creative life. Creativity is not reserved for artists alone, and it exists wherever emotion meets imagination.
