Those are the four strands the house works from: Egyptian and Greek myth, the Victorian language of flowers, an eighteenth-century memoirist and the lovers in those pages, and three figures of vampiric lore read through Jung as facets of one psyche.

Blended by hand in small batches, a few drops at a time, left to sit until it settles. One journal entry goes back to the memoirs, finds the house had the writer's taste wrong all along, and says so in public.

Where a material has a reason, that reason is printed on the page with it.

Drops are measured by hand, blends are left to rest and deepen, and adjustments are made by instinct as much as by formula, inside IFRA standards.
