The Story
Salt air drifts over a weathered shingle cottage where the garden still holds the cool of morning.

Ivy reaches up the walls, privet hedges stand freshly clipped, and white hydrangea turns creamy and faintly briny in the sea breeze. Close to the soil, a just-pulled carrot snaps cold and green, violets shelter in the shade of the eaves, and a single rose leans toward its first bloom. Cedar shingles, sun-bleached and soft with age, warm the whole scene, joined by the wooly comfort of a favorite sweater and a cup of tea gone lukewarm on the porch rail. It is coastal and lived-in, green at the edges and gentle at its core, the feeling of a house that has weathered many winters and still keeps the fire lit. A calm, homespun mood for slow mornings and long, salt-washed afternoons.

Notes: Ivy Climbing Toward Open Sky, Freshly Trimmed Privet Hedges, Creamy + Salty White Hydrangea, The Snap of a Cold Carrot Pulled from the Garden's Soil, Violets Hiding in the Shadow of the Eaves, A Rose Bush on the Edge of Bloom, Sun-Bleached Cedar Shingles, A Cozy Wool Sweater, A Lukewarm Cup of Tea Left on the Porch

The Brand

Atwood is a Provincetown fragrance house born from the edge of the sea, drawing artists, dreamers, and lovers to its salt-kissed shores. The debut collection captures Cape Cod's essence: resinous pitch pines of Beech Forest, golden Boy Beach afternoons, and twilight strolls down Commercial Street. Self-taught perfumer Luke Anapolis, inspired by late-August light among the pines, crafts scents with designer precision and storyteller heart—blending naturals and modern materials in small, vegan, cruelty-free batches. Atwood bottles not just places, but the profound feeling of arriving at land’s end and knowing you've found home.
