A tale of too many bottles and a couple bad decisions.

A neo-gourmand, heavy handed in naturals. Blood red Chilean Malbec and extra dark chocolate. Indulgent, boozy and mysterious, opulent and bold, with a river of steaming mulled wine running through it.

Clouds of powdery cacao absolute sit over upcycled oakwood CO₂, dry and faintly charred. Malbec comes through jammy, davana turns it boozier still, half fruit and half fermentation, and plum softens an overflow of dark fruit without thinning it. Ethyl safranate cuts a leathered saffron edge through the sweetness.

Brady founded Invisible Places in Orange County, California, in 2023, and moved the house to Pennsylvania the following year. Everything is still formulated, compounded and filled by hand there. Small batches, and deliberate material restraint. The collection takes its spirit from Italo Calvino's Invisible Cities, and the work is a personal excavation of nostalgia. Fragrance here is documented in its most enduring, unhurried form.

The house anchors raw botanicals with unexpected synthetics, which is how the fragrances come out weathered. Seven originals, four ReEditions, and one more on the way. The four core releases were remastered in 2026 and the collection unified.
