The Story
Narcissus, the pretty boy from the myth, took it a little far — couldn't look away from his own reflection in the pool.
This is the flower he became, rendered as a slow act of self-care rather than a cautionary tale. Narcissus poeticus sits at the center, heady and narcotic in the old-fashioned sense, dosed small enough to feel confident instead of cocky. Osmanthus leans in, faintly boozy and apricot-warm. Mimosa, vanilla, and a hum of warm skin — sweet, buttery, a little spiced. Tobacco and hay show up, unhurried and unapologetic. Amyris glows behind it all, soft and faintly untamable, while a cool ribbon of water runs underneath, reflecting everything back. Ambrette trails out and musky-sweet, the kind most noticed after the wearer has already left the room.
