The Story
Narcissus, the pretty boy from the myth, took it a little far — couldn't look away from his own reflection in the pool.

This is the flower he became, rendered as a slow act of self-care rather than a cautionary tale. Narcissus poeticus sits at the center, heady and narcotic in the old-fashioned sense, dosed small enough to feel confident instead of cocky. Osmanthus leans in, faintly boozy and apricot-warm. Mimosa, vanilla, and a hum of warm skin — sweet, buttery, a little spiced. Tobacco and hay show up, unhurried and unapologetic. Amyris glows behind it all, soft and faintly untamable, while a cool ribbon of water runs underneath, reflecting everything back. Ambrette trails out and musky-sweet, the kind most noticed after the wearer has already left the room.

Notes: Narcissus, Mimosa, Osmanthus, Buttery Skin, Tobacco, Amyris, Ambrette

The Brand

Foolish begins in New Orleans, where Ryan shaped a fragrance house around myth, irreverence, and the thrill of starting something on instinct.

Rooted in small-batch creation and guided by a background that spans illustration, design, marketing, and self-taught perfumery, the brand carries the feeling of a personal journey turned into scent. It feels less like a label and more like an invitation into a world where story, artistry, and a touch of mischief meet in the bottle.
