The Story
Afternoon sunlight slips through linen curtains, painting shifting patterns across a page left open on a wooden table.

The air hums with warmth—sweet, resinous, touched by polished woods and the dry red earth of terracotta. You feel time slow as if the room itself were reading alongside you. A trace of incense drifts in, grounding the day’s brightness; a memory of travel stirs—dust on your hands, citrus fading from your wrist. It’s calm yet alive, like the final line of a story that lingers long after you close the book.

The Brand

ORMAIE is a family-owned house of French Haute Parfumerie founded by Baptiste Bouygues and Marie-Lise Jonak. Creativity, excellence and time sit at the centre of what it makes, and the work is personal before it is anything else: a father's lavender and the Armenian paper always kept in a pocket, a leather bookmark carried on travels, the wooden desks of the school the founders went to.

Every release is built from raw materials chosen for quality, and no colourings are added: the colour of an ORMAIE juice comes solely from the ingredients in it. The house has brought together artists and artisans to write each chapter of its story. The newest, Les Facettes, sets faceted glass under a metal cap whose colour and material echo the containers a laboratory uses to keep raw materials pure. A balance between emotion and precision.
