Where do we ship?
We ship within the United States only.

What are your shipping methods and costs?
We ship via ground shipping only—the finest care for fragrances. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over $100 (before taxes) qualify for complimentary shipping.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Ground shipping typically arrives within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.

Is shipping insured?
Yes. Your package arrives fully insured at no cost to you.

What if my order arrives late or is lost?
If tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, contact us. We’ll verify the shipment status and send a replacement or refund if needed.

Do you ship to freight or parcel forwarding services?
We currently ship only within the United States. If you choose to use a freight or parcel forwarding service, our responsibility ends once the order has been delivered to the U.S. address provided at checkout, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking. Any loss, damage, delay, or other issue that occurs after delivery to the forwarding service must be handled directly with that provider.
